Hi there. I chose an electrician ( Chris) from Hiko who is not only very professional but also is good at solar system running. If your house is using solar energy and has any problems with the solar system or any power problems in the house. He can solve the problems for you. I'd just like to comment on the wonderful service we received from Hiko Electrical. While visiting NZ, in Tauranga my purpose was to see what my ageing mother needed done on her house. There were some lights triggering the rest of the lights to go off and after replacing the bulbs realised we needed an electrician. Hiko Electrical was recommened to us through my mother's carer and so we used them. The company was very accomodating and the electrician (Hamu) who was sent was very polite and helpful. I only met him once before going back to Australia but I felt that any I could leave my mum in good hands with him and the company. I have had further work done for my mum while back in Australia and my mum has been so grateful and has commented on how lovely the young man Hamu was. I would definitely contact this company again for further jobs. Also, they were very accomodating through emails in paying for the jobs. I was a bit worried about international payments, but they helped so much and all was done quickly. I was grateful for the admin staff who kept in touch with me and answered my emails prompting.
