Hugh and Johnny separately undertook upgrading some of many downlights to LED and other issues in a competent and friendly manner despite a few hiccups with what appeared to be incompatible lamps and tails. However, unable to program underfloor heating control panels due to product not having a brand name to enable research into relevant setup instructions. Reply: Thank you for your review Graeme and for your patience while Hugh and Johnny worked through the lighting issues. We're pleased we were able to help upgrade the downlights and get everything running smoothly for you. We will also be sure to pass on your kind words to Johnny and Hugh. The underfloor heating system certainly gave us a bit of a challenge! As it was installed around 17 years ago, there was unfortunately no branding, model information, or manuals available to help identify the correct setup process. Johnny explored all possible solutions and, while the system remains unprogrammed for now, we are hopeful that Trystian our Residential Project Manager, may be able to uncover some additional information or documentation that could help us get it up and running. We're so glad we could assist with the lighting upgrades and get those working for you, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the underfloor heating controls. I called with an urgent job, and within an hour there was someone here and the problem was sorted. It turns out there had been none of the team available so Trystian the Project Manager came himself. Always, reliable quick and efficient - and helpful! Thanks very much for great service on tidying up some minor electrical work before a house settlement (replacing wired in bulbs etc).
