"I simply couldn't fault Dave and his team. Dave was on to it, kept me up to date with everything noting I am not in the area, and was very transparent. Dave was initially going to go out and do the job (after managing to squeeze me into his busy schedule) but after he fell ill he organised for someone to go out as planned and get it done. Great person to deal with and great customer service."
