Putting a railling on to a wooden ramp at our little clinic in Whatawhata
Handrails & Balustrading Whatawhata, Waikato
3.0

Railing looks strong and fit for purpose, but the finish is a bit rougher than expected. Only some of the posts tops were sanded, the posts also very in hight against the top railing with visible difference of about a cm or so in hight. This is obvious when looking as some are level with the hand rail grip and others are visibly a cm lower. The hand rails also don't meet smoothly with overlaps and gaps of a few mils. All in all, okay just not as tidy as hoped.

as the owner of this project, I am not professional in building area, my expectation is different with the descriptions in the quote and invoice. I reckon the builder should list all these details work involved. Another issue is the working hours listed in the quote is obviously more than actual working hours.

Floor Board Repair Fairview Downs, Hamilton

The job I wanted done was waiting on a quote from this tradesperson. He did show up to get measurements of the floor area to be done. That was the last thing that happened. Never received a quote as this tradesperson has discontinued the process with no reason as to why he discontinued. If a tradeperson feels they cant do the job then just say so so I can consider others.
