We were having some really horrible water hammer, post renovation. One of the young plumbers from Pipe Fix - Tom - did an amazing job of investigating the noises and tracking down where exactly the issue was coming from. He even went out in the rain at quarter to five on Friday to find a hard-to-get part for us, just to make sure our system was behaving itself while more comprehensive fixes are being explored. Appreciate his help, reassurance, professionalism, and effort so much!

Pipe Fix Plumbing DID a very excellent job at my place. I had previously tried 2 other plumbers but was told that they were unable to EVEN send someone to assess my problem. This was NOT the case with Pipe Fix. They sent Tom within 1 hour of my call and he was able to fix the issue rather quickly. He was also able to point out that there may be an issue with the Watercare monthly billing. And I WASN"T charged an arm & a leg for services rendered! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my go to plumbing services from this point onwards.
