We've been officially involved in the industry for 17 years but have had a passion for building for much longer

Predominantly Building Architectural houses on hill sites around Canterbury and have gained many years experience in renovations and extensions, outdoor areas, decks and landscaping.
We have also moved into multi unit construction

Once the all the planned work was underway I felt very comfortable with the subcontractors used by Sam and the quality of work. Most delays were unavoidable and not the fault of either party but did in no way affect the high quality of the work being done. I’m very happy with my new deck and Sam was very accommodating with all my add on wishes. I have already planned to have more work done by this excellent team.
