Hi, I am a trade qualified carpenter/joiner with 34 years experience in the industry. I am a Government Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP --- ). I specialize in new construction, additions and alterations and carry out maintenance to buildings.
All work is covered by Certified Builders Homefirst Building Guarantee. (conditions apply)
I have constructed new houses mainly for relocation, although, on site construction can be undertaken.
I specialise in timber floor construction of yester-year, cut all my own framing, install all the wall linings, fix all the claddings (except masonry and roof tiles).
Alterations are another speciality as my ability to join the alteration into the existing house is relatively straight forward with the ability to cut my own framing - including roof framing (except trusses).
Maintenance, I can supply a maintenance programme for your building and carry out the work at the required time frame.
The company has 'Contractors Special Risks' and 'Public Liability' Insurance.
Qualifications: Trade and Advanced Trade Certificate in Carpentry/Joinery and New Zealand Building Inspection Practice 1.
