Lorenzen Builders is a family-operated business in the Auckland region since 2014. During this time, we have undertaken a wide variety of commercial, retail, and residential projects ranging in size, material, and design. Today, our focus is on two key areas:
Commercial - which encompasses a wide range of light commercial projects from single-unit buildings through to multi-unit complexes, including warehouses, offices, factories, lifestyle apartments, and retirement villages.
Residential - includes larger residential houses, architectural designs, and extensions to existing homes as well as reclads and renovations.
Our experience in such a wide range of construction projects provides the foundation from which to refine areas of expertise and embark on new ventures with enterprising clients. Lorenzen Builders possesses considerable expertise in the area of project management which is an essential aspect of a successful build. This is driven by company Director Jay Lorenzen, drawing on my wealth of experience in overseeing construction projects and managing people.
