Re-Roofing Large House

Metal Roof Leaks & Repair Rakaia, Ashburton

5.0

Paul and his team did a fantastic job on replacing the clay tile roofing with longrun iron, and we could not be more pleased with both the result of the work and with the manner it was carried out. Ours home is heritage house which required resource consent, and Paul was very helpful in giving us the needed information when applying for the consent. The house itself also has very tricky roofing angles but nothing was a problem and the job got done with minimum of fuss. Recommend.

House repairs

Other (Building) Lyttelton, Banks Peninsula

4.0

I asked Paul to go ahead with the internal plastering provided it could be done soon, and was told it would take "a couple of weeks". After 2 weeks very little had been done. After I spoke to Paul about the lack of progress, work stopped altogether for the next 2 weeks, and was sporadic after that, taking a total of over 8 weeks to complete. Also, although I made a written request for a quote for the plastering, Paul didn't provide one, resulting in a misunderstanding over the cost.

Removal of one wall ?Structural

Came and quoted on removal of a wall, took time and care to make sure he could do the job. Provided quote quickly and once approved got on to it the next week. Great builders, fantastic workmanship. Job took slightly longer than estimated but did not cost us anymore was true to the quote given Would definitely use again.
