We are able to consult with Architects, Engineers, and other professionals on your behalf. Interpret architectural drawings, specifications and bills of quantities to assess the size and scope of the building or site development and advise on technical issues or difficulties that may be likely to arise.
We will control the preparation of tenders, estimates, and contract bids, and manage the selection of --- -ordinate the management of the construction of the buildings and other structures and organise the physical and human resources involved in the construction process, including procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment.
Create and implement co-ordinated programs for site activities and work control systems for construction of the project to ensure labour resources and materials are managed effectively. Ensure adherence to building legislation and standards of building performance, and report back to the client on progress and costs.
