After assigning the job to Phus business I did not hear back from him so I phoned him, he apologised for not calling me but at the time of my ringing him he was out of town so it was decided that he would not be able to do the job as the work needed to be done in three days time.

Phu was quick to communicate and respond to queries. However, at the site visit he did not take any measurements or discuss the job in detail, and he did not provide a quote. He did offer to beat the lowest quote though.
