Very poor workmanship. A lot of rework needed to be done to get the job to a standard that I would be happy with. Poor communication throughout. Builder used inexperienced tradesmen. One of these tradesmen used my home vacuum to vacuum up job dust. Builder tried to install different mixed matched fittings. Left a solid box above the shower. The list goes on. Very unhappy with their work. Would never. Recommend to anyone.

Main goal of this job was to replace a leaking shower that had a tile floor with an acrylic one. This task was achieved but we were dissatisfied with the workmanship on the framing areas between the shower box and the wall tiles. The scheduling of the job was delayed and some items on original invoice were incorrectly included though removed after a review was requested. We were surprised at the number of issues experienced compared to all the excellent reviews it has on Builderscrack.

The team did a good job with our bathroom reno. The result was as expected and within our budget. James and Maria were very flexible when it comes to our preferences and are easy to work with. There were some delays in communication but overall we would definitely recommend JMH Homes.
