Ian did a good job and delivered on what he promised. Where there was a miscommunication he took responsibility for the miscommunication and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Great communication, efficient work, and good quality job. A little more attention to detail could have been taken in a few spots but other than that, we were very satisfied with Ian’s work.
