I have a 1950's townhouse with a north facing deck on the back. Under the deck is an interim area (semi-waterproof) - with cladding on the front - this goes into an closed off area (water proof) under the house. The door to the interim area is attached to a joist that has rotted - and parts of the front cladding are broken.
I would like the joist fixed so the door can be reattached and the cladding either fixed or replaced.
