Our first call to fix leak in mains pipe was attended to quickly but wasn't fixed properly so few months later same pipe have started leaking again. We have called 4 times to request a visit to our property, they would promise someone will be there the next day but never showed up. Since leak is in our main pipe we will be contacting different plumbers to fix the issue as a matter of emergency. wouldn't mind paying extra to fix the Issue but wouldn't recommend this company due to negligence and ignorance. Josh was very responsive to emails regarding problems the tenants were having with a shower (turns out there was leakage due to original installation not done correctly - Josh's hand-drawn diagram of before and after was very useful in understanding the issue). Shower was repaired, enclosure replaced and upgraded in a very timely fashion. Tenants are happy.

Primed plumbing were recommended to me and I've recommended them to friends and also my child's school (who used them) They were prompt, efficient, made good suggestions, fixed the problems (ranging from a new tap and leaky toilet to putting a new main into the house) and everyone has been really pleased with their work.
