Very poor, on a scale of 1 to 20 Andy would get a 4. Making excuses to break an appointment, not bothering to get in touch to make an alternative appointment, obviously decided he did not want the job and didn't bother to say so, making me chase him around.... and eventually replying that he did not want the job...... very poor indeed.... but completely in keeping with local tradies....... can't be bothered with lesser jobs when the bigger money is calling.....
