Initial prompt and cheerful communication, job was supposed to be done quickly before xmas but various issues arose with sub contractors disappearing, illness and timing, my dad liked Eugene and the other tradesmen but they often didn't show up when expected. Problems probably my dad's fault for overpaying for this job in advance, leaving no incentive to actually finish it.
