Replace house lot of windows with aluminium inserts
New Aluminum Doors & Windows Stokes Valley, Hutt Valley
5.0

Phil from Optical Construction did an outstanding job of replacing all exterior doors and windows in our house . The job was done to an exceptionally high standard . Also being a concrete stucco style house it did make things a wee bit trickier, the end result though looks like the windows were always there. Phil is extremely tidy and trustworthy we often didn't realise he had been there other than a new window or two had been installed . Would absolutely recommend to anyone .

We had a major job of repairing the side of our house in which the Original Contracted Builder failed to complete. Phil McLay from Optical Construction came to the rescue and completed the job for us. Sympathetic to the situation we had been left in, he competed the job in a matter of hours, and did so professionally. Well recommended.

Full house window replacement: wood for ally
New Timber Windows & Doors Stokes Valley, Hutt Valley
5.0

Really happy that we went with Phil and I would gladly recommend him to anyone else who needs his service. We had 10 new double glazed windows and a door fitted to our house which Phil did an exceptional job on. He was very easy to get along with and really helpful with all the questions that we had. When it came time for him to install the windows his workmanship was very thorough, he delivered on time with minimal impact on us and he was very meticulous with his work.

Double glazing for windows and sliding door
Retro Fitted Double Glazing Woburn, Hutt Valley
5.0

Phil was really flexible and came around to quote to fit around my work hours. I wasn’t sure whether I needed all new or retrofit and he explained what could be done. The retrofit windows match the colour of the old really well. The work was all done in four days and slightly under budget. Would definitely recommend and use again. I could feel the temperature and noise difference immediately. Great job thank you!!
