Incomplete Work
Job description
I needed some cladding replaced on side of house as can be seen by the photos. A Builder was contacted and the work started. (As per Photos). Unfortunately it appears that the Builder has done a runner on me (with money) and gone to ground. This has now been six weeks. He did return for a day, and then no contact again. He promised to return on the weekend of 30/31 March. Failed to turn up. I need this completed.

We had a major job of repairing the side of our house in which the Original Contracted Builder failed to complete. Phil McLay from Optical Construction came to the rescue and completed the job for us. Sympathetic to the situation we had been left in, he competed the job in a matter of hours, and did so professionally. Well recommended.
