Hi, I am a 42 year old qualified builder through BCITO. Finished my apprenticeship in November 2017, and began building July 2013. The majority of work that I have been involved with have been renovations and extensions of --- s built houses in inner suburbs of Auckland. I have built a variety of substantial decks (vitex, kwila and pine), including steps, stairs and handrails (photos avail). Proficient with timber claddings, gib, insulation, framing, joinery etc. As I do not have my Licensed Builder Practitioner number yet, I am unable to undertake consented work, though this will be updated when I have my LBP. I consider myself to be courteous, honest and hardworking. I will try to ensure work is completed as fast as possible and to high standard.
