Exterior

Job took four months. Had to have the back to redo multiple times. Two years after, the paint is peeling in areas and exposing bare boards so only one coat applied and no undercoat. Exterior paint is generally 10 years before issues show. I feel sorry for the owner because he is a good bloke but his workers workmanship is not adequate for a professional service.

Leaking roof

In the initial interaction with Daniel, he was very responsive. He went to the property to assess the work and promised to send me a quote for the job a couple of days later. After no response from him after 1 week, I called Daniel and he promised to send the quote to me the following day. It is nearly 2 months now, I never heard back from him again. Very unprofessional!
