Hi, I am Ben Platt, owner of Platform Plumbing Ltd. I am a typical kiwi bloke and recently moved back to Auckland with my young family after living in the fast paced city Sydney. I completed all my training and apprenticeship in Australia and achieve a level 4 Certificate in Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying with additional Backflow and Tempering Valve courses. I obtained my NSW Contactors license and continued to work on high rises, granny flats, multi-million dollar mansions, apartment blocks and commercial new builds. I am also New Zealand certified in Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying; and a member of the NZ Master Plumbers Association.
I am passionate about all aspects of plumbing and am a proud worker with very high standards. Water is such a vital element in this world and it deserves respect. It is the simple things like providing warm water that allows us to shower or gas that helps us to cook and stay warm, that makes my job worth it on a daily basis. Along with keeping the NZ environment cleaner.
Platform Plumbing have many years experience mainly specialising in new build construction plumbing, gas and drainage. We are all about getting the systems right the first time and educating the client along the way. We are happy to work with our clients at the design stage providing sound advice. We always see a job through from start to end and never compromise on quality.
