Hi, we are a small architectural design practice based in central Lower Hutt.
We have many years experience particularly in all types of residential work, most of it in the Hutt Valley and Wellington area.
I can help you work out how to realise your goals for your property and can give you a range of options to achieve your dreams for your property.
We are familiar with the local requirements from council and common pitfalls - so I can help manage these and identify them early on.
We can do both building consent and resource consent paperwork for you and get you to the point of having granted consents from council ready for a builder to get started.
We pride ourselves in providing a realistic timeframe, keeping you in the loop and providing quality documentation that satisfies both the council and the builder.
I am available evenings and weekends to meet with you to discuss your plans, advise you on what is required and can then give you a free quote and estimated timeframe for the work.
