I've done everything from new builds, renovations, reclads, decks, fences retaining walls, pergolas etc. I've done as much time in new builds as in renovations and in the last few years doing mostly architectural builds, to refine my skills and provide a better quality finish.

Warehouse renovation - demolition part of office and tidy

We are very happy with the job Steven did for us. It is of excellent quality, they were always very tidy on site and good communications along the way. We now have a downsized office area, and opened up the warehouse with a great plywood wall that we will stain and fix shelving to.

2x cantilevered decks - repair and add flashing system

Highly recommend Steven and the team at Two Pines Builds. They did phenomenal workmanship on a tricky second story deck project - including a full rebuild and adding several flashings to prevent water ingress from the joists into the house. It was a can of worms with rot, and some of the ceiling being a part of the deck. Nothing was a problem for Steven, he found solutions for everything to remediate at a reasonable price. The team works really hard and were a pleasure to have around.
