Damage in cladding, causes rot and water to get into framing, flooring and subfloor.
Rot damages around window due to no scribers, and 10mm silicone bead around door
Rot through cladding travels into entire framing around window and below.
Rot replacement. Then framesaver existing framing 900mm past area of rot.
