Day after, there was a leak. John doesn't work on weekends, full stop. No sense of customer service to fix the issue promptly or to involve the customer unless you asked. Charged after hours rate when there was no mention of it. Very poor communicator, using email instead of phone for access. With Cost Overrun, Poor Communication, total Lack of Customer service and Very Unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend John at all. And sent a new invoice because I told a higher amount to Builders Crack.
