Timber Gate needed

Job started 22nd Dec 23, last message received from tradesperson on 5th of March 24 regarding gate needing some finishing (pale, drop bar). It is 1st October 24 now and still haven't heard from him. Gate just swings back and forth, not steady and doesn't even close properly due to the structure. We did not expect this, not happy with the job.
