Jonathan was friendly however, unprofessional and low communication. I wait for almost 1 month and one day after he has confirmed our appointment to view a shower, he sent a cancellation message for me on Builderscrack rather then contact me via phone as we normally communicate by phone. After that Jonathan did not reply my tex or phone call.

Quick response and came on time as promised however we already had prior arrangement with another tradie that got sick but since he had recovered we didn't use Jonathan afterall but we would have love to give him the job. Surely will contact him for future projects.
