Paul did a great job - due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the time frame was a tad longer than generally expected however it wasn't paul's fault in any way Value I can't recall (but its close) however I did get another quote and paul was very very reasonable and great quality

Charged me part up front for materials, then went awol, kept promising to come, then wanted more money up front when he did turn up a week later, despite only spending $300 on materials. He left the house open to the elements with no floor and open to anyone to enter for over a week. What little work he got done had to be ripped out by my replacement builder. This guy was a complete disaster.
