Hi, I am an accredited building Surveyor
(Building Institute of NZ membership number --- ).
I have also done over 800 asset management inspections (lease and rentals) and can competitively quote and survey on pre-purchase and pre-sale property inspections to the 4306 building code (visual inspection and non evasive moisture testing)
WATER BLASTING and ROOF PAINTING:
I also have years of experience in house/roof washing (water blasting), roof airless spray re-coating, plus exterior and interior painting.
I have experience in fault finding e.g. paint issues, roof leaks and substrate repair solutions. I'm an approved applicator and can guarantee work to the standard of manufacturer product warranties. I have done insurance remediation work for insurance company's such as Vero and AMI via Maddren contracts.
