Having first started in the building industry fresh out of school, owner Dave Anderson of DPA Builders LTD has built up a decade worth of experience in the construction sector from new build construction, through to undertaking renovations for both classic and contemporary houses, and undertaking a variety of landscaping works, and earning a deserved reputation for excellence along the way.
While initially starting DPA Builders LTD as a one man band, Dave has successfully grown the business to now have a small team of builders and apprentices, all focused on delivering the high quality workmanship and commitment to stress free project management that sees them being frequently referred to new clients through word of mouth.
At DPA Builders we know that whether you’re building your first home or under taking your first renovation, it can be both a daunting and stressful experience, especially if you don’t partner with the right people. Whether you’ve already engaged an architect and already have plans ready to go, or maybe you have the land but aren’t sure what to do next, Dave and his team can project manage as much or as little of the building process as you want, including arranging subcontractors, managing consents, and working through council requirements.
