Replace large wooden window

Unfortunately like many others on here, we too have paid $1600 in advance for work and haven't seen Eli Hamish Tibbs since. He has once again changed his phone number, and doesn't respond to emails so there is no way to get hold of him. He and his girlfriend Kim Wakem have done this many times before by the looks, and have now changed their Builderscrack profile name to James with an invalid phone number, and another number which is answered by a "Sheryl" who knows nothing about this apparently

Weatherboard and window repair

Started well, he turned up when he said, was a nice bloke and got the work started promptly. However, when I got home an l saw the work it was sub-par - there was rot left in the window and the bog was nowhere near flush with the window frame. I called and he said he'd come round within a couple of days to fix it up, no problem. Except he didn't turn up. I texted and emailed and called many times over the next 4 weeks or so with several promises that he'd be round, but never came again.

No more condensation

We too have a huge problem with Eli Tibbs. He got nearly $2000 from us, $1198 on 10/05. Supposed to come 23/05, but didn't, then 21/06, then 29/06. Finally came 19/07 and 20/07, but botched double glazing 2 windows. They are "misting", as he tried to "shave" a bit off when they didn't fit and moisture is now trapped between the 2 layers of glass. The other 2 are not done. The opening windows don't latch properly. Hasn't answered calls/texts/emails since 20/07.
