James proved to be adaptable as the kitchen scope for tiling changed after was quoted, and he worked in with the kitchen installers. James is amazing at what he does, from quick quotes, explaining what he's doing and actual tile laying. We had a kitchen renovation, which was dragging a little, had to push them to finish. They walked out as James came in. Right from the start he explained everything and I left him to it. Super quick and very professional and the results are amazing, he has even organised a carpet layer to tidy up where the carpet and tiles meet.
