James is a professional, kept in communication , he was on time , kept workspace clean and tidy as he went. Invoicing easily interpreted and given instructions of maintenance of tile care. James and his team recently completed replacement of previous tiles in our entranceway, laundry and toilet. James was totally professional from our first enquiry, through visiting to view the job, providing his recommendations and quote, to completion of the work. The team were flexible around timing to work in with other trades, kept in good communication and, importantly, turned up when they said they would. The area being tiled provided our only internal access from living area to other parts of the house and the garage so the team arranged the work schedule to ensure we had access to these areas in the evenings.
