I've been very reluctant to make changes to our house but I'm so glad I decided to take the plunge. James was very professional and gave me great advice. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He was also amazing with my inquisitive two year old boy and I saw some cute moments where he was showing him his earmuffs and letting him try them on.
