Garage Leaking

We need an expert to tell us why our garage is leaking. We've tried two things which have improved the situation. The guys that laid the new roof came back pulled off and re did, we painted the concrete bricks on the outside, sealed up any holes with sealant, as we thought it might be coming through the bricks. It's improved greatly but there is still some coming underneath on one of the new walls we just put in. See photos.

Leak detection help needed

I need help finding a leak that is creating a damp patch on carpet when it rains. We can't find the source of the leak!? It seems to be coming down inside of the wall as no drips or water anywhere on the wall/ceiling, just wet carpet. I have had two builders come and try to find source of the leak and try different solutions with no luck. There's evidence of water damage where the fixed corner of a ranch slider meets the wall. The carpet has water damage as does the interior framing by that end. The exterior wall is plastered concrete. Its would be good to have this job completed before the winter rains or before the next heavy rain event.
