Leaking balcony

Upstairs exterior balcony consists of approx --- square tiles. It is leaking in 3/4 spots and needs to be at least re grouted. Some tiles may need to be relifted.

Roof needs repairing

Find where the leak is coming from,its seems water is siting in the roof. Check inside cealing!to find dampness,mildew,dampness,maybe insulation needs repairing!or waterproof is something to do. In lounge where the water drips weatherboard is cracked an needs to be plastered and painted. Check for quotes maybe whole new roof needs replacing!

Leaky

Find the leak on the roof,and the giboard needs, replacing of fungul and mildew. Water dripping into lounge,with water hole getting bigger. I would like it done asap. Cheers molly

Leak in the roof

We have a leak in our roof, we have removed some wet gib from the ceiling and the water is dripping from behind the black paper. Roof type is pressed metal tile.

Leaking Cool store roof

Apply Sika Multi seal membrane to cool store roofing joins 260mtrs we have the product looking for person to apply it. The joins have a top hat coving over top so the membrane tape needs to be applied to both sides of top hat coving.

Membrane balcony leaking

We have a balcony with a waterproof membrane which appears to be leaking into the downstairs ceiling. The seams have perished and I suspect it needs replacing or re waterproofing and ceiling repairs are required where moisture has caused damage.

Deck sealing

We have a tiled deck which had tiles installed over the existing construction grade cement sheets. The tiler decided to sand off the painted deck surface, which we found out later had broke the water tight seal between the cement sheets. As the grouting is not water proof, the deck now leaks into the storage space beneath. The grouting needs to be cut out and replaced by a silicon bead as was present on the original surface. Walker waterproofing

After much rain, water gets inside our lounge wall and wets the carpet and underlay creating a terrible musty smell. We have a solid plaster home and fine cracks have been filled and house repainted but to no avail. Hubby is suggesting ripping gib off wall to find where its getting in but is there a better way?

Roof leak above bathroom

I have a leak in the area of the skylight above my bathroom. I have tried everything to stop it but to no avail. I now want the skylight gone and three to four sink-alume sheets replaced. Also a potential flashing at the top of the roof. [Old build so no flashing at the moment]
