Roof leak above bathroom

I have a leak in the area of the skylight above my bathroom. I have tried everything to stop it but to no avail. I now want the skylight gone and three to four sink-alume sheets replaced. Also a potential flashing at the top of the roof. [Old build so no flashing at the moment]
