Deck sealing

We have a tiled deck which had tiles installed over the existing construction grade cement sheets. The tiler decided to sand off the painted deck surface, which we found out later had broke the water tight seal between the cement sheets. As the grouting is not water proof, the deck now leaks into the storage space beneath. The grouting needs to be cut out and replaced by a silicon bead as was present on the original surface. Grouting is around 4 mm deep. The swing seat and steps can be remove prior to work commencing. Weather dependant. Location is 1 Walnut Grove Omokoroa 3114
