Waterproofing internal concrete wall

Waterproof an internal wall that is below deck by about 1.2m and is showing signs of damp ingress. There is no water pooling or flowing water just some dampness to the rear of the GIb on some areas. The wall will have the Gib removed and the concrete exposed ready for preparation and waterproofing. The wall area in total is approximately 9 sq metres. I am looking for a long term / permanent solution to prevent any damp from affecting the Gib once replaced. The job does NOT require re-Gibing just the concrete preparation and waterproofing.

Terry was very responsive and managed to visit to look at the work quickly and provided a quote the same day. The quote was accepted and the work was completed the following day to a good standard with Terry returning the next morning to attend to few small areas his team had missed. The team were professional, clean and friendly and Terry was always available by phone for any queries from my builder. Great work.
