Seamless Coatings is a specialist protective coatings company founded in Wellington, but operating in both Wellington and Auckland, and sometimes in between. We specialise in

1. Iron roof protective coatings and painting
2. Flat roof membrane recoating/waterproofing
3. Monolithic cladding repair and coating

Over 12 years in business we have tried nearly every roof paint on the market in NZ. This has led us to specialise in protective coatings for Iron roofs, with anti corrosion and waterproofing applications. Through our liquid waterproofing expertise we have developed systems alongside our product selection that mitigate common problem areas in the building envelope. We have several options for protective coatings on iron roofs for problems like rust and leaks.

With flat roof membranes it can be costly to replace like for like, especially with butyl rubber membranes. With specialist primers and elastomeric epoxy polyurethane and silicon coatings available we have several options for these types of roofs.

With monolithic or plaster cladding, we can repair plaster cracks, control joints and cladding to joinery seals, and use a thick, elastomeric coating as a basecoat to form a seamless membrane, which protects against water ingress. Colour coat elastomeric coatings go over this and provide UV protection giving long lasting performance.

We work in the greater Wellington and Auckland regions and occasionally in between.

Terry reached out to waterproof our roof as an alternative to reroofing and it has been the best decision for us. Our only regret was that we hadn't done it sooner. Terry was very communicative and it seemed like an easy quick job for his team who have managed to waterproof our rental (after almost a year of struggling to find someone to fix it). Thank you guys for your work. I recommend Seamless Coatings if you have numerous leaks or unknown waterproofing issues as they do the job.
