Job description

Re-Roof Tin Roof
Kapiti Coast

We have a portocom building, approx 120m2, with metal trapezoidal sheet roofing which are too short for the length of the roof to the gutter/flashing, causing leaking along the ends of the house. We are looking for someone who will be willing to put new metal sheets on top of the existing ones (as the existing ones are glued on) and at a pitch of or greater than 3° (current roof is 2° more or less). This will require some framing underneath, we suggest timber hammered into current roof. We could source the sheets online ourselves if needed, but if you have a better deal then we can go with that. Have a roofer looking at quoting at the moment but would be interested in a few quotes.

Terry reached out to waterproof our roof as an alternative to reroofing and it has been the best decision for us. Our only regret was that we hadn't done it sooner. Terry was very communicative and it seemed like an easy quick job for his team who have managed to waterproof our rental (after almost a year of struggling to find someone to fix it). Thank you guys for your work. I recommend Seamless Coatings if you have numerous leaks or unknown waterproofing issues as they do the job.
