PS3 for Code of Compliance Certificate

I am a licensed builder and have just finished building my own house, I did all the tiling and waterproofing myself and have photos of everything. But I need someone to supply me with a PS3 for the waterproofing for council, I am obviously happy to pay for this document and can email you all the photos I have and explain to you the steps I took. You are also more than welcome to come view the finished job if you wish to do so.

Strong wind and heavy rain water coming in at the top of the window and running down the inside of it. Suspect that over the years a gap has formed between the window and the frame and needs sealing.

Potential water leak.

There is a very small bulge (20mm) on vinyl floor next to one of my walls. I am suspicious of any potential leaks. I just want to rule the water leak out.

Leaky home re-clad

I have a house that has Monolithic Cladding. It is a 1996 property and I have lived there for 4 years. No signs of leaking in side. Please can you provide a quote and estimated time scale of installing new cladding. The size of the property is 320 and based in Te Awamutu.

Seratone sheets

Unsure if this is the right category.. but i have purchased a rental and am needing 2x seratone sheets replaced around the bath/shower. (Taps probably need to be disconnected?) An hoping to get it done within the next week as we really need to get this place rented out asap. Thanks!

Existing deck needs membrane applied

Trim and lay membrane over surface mortar substrate solid surface approx 25sqm. Very low slope into a gutter . Area has foot traffic . Easy access . As soon as possible before the bad wx arrives / winter / rain. Area is nice and dry now.

Siliconing shower and vanity to wall #2

We need the silicon replaced at the bottom of an acrylic shower + around the plug hole. We also need the silicon replaced around a vanity to wall. We need the silicon to be hard wearing so that it can be cleaned. Can provide silicon if you have a recommendation or happy for you to use your own if it colour matches I think it would take no longer than 1-2 hours.

Overlap door perimeter sealing

A silicone bead is needed to seal a small gap between the frame of new 'Overlap' garage doors and existing blockwork walls. The overlap doors were packed out slightly to fit to existing blockwork and so there is a small gap up both sides. There are two doors so 4 sides in total. The seal is needed to both the external and internal edge. Suggest black silicone externally and white internally to match wall and overlap door rubber seal.

Rotting wall

Previous owner tiled over existing concrete deck, snug up to weatherboards...water is coming through to the house..Rotting skirting and rotting weatherboards. As a first measure I siliconed round the base of the weatherboards but this hasn't helped..really need to get this sorted before it becomes a way bigger job than it is. A substantial amount of water comes through as a chest of drawers absorbed tons and was almost ruined (mdf) and the damp smell is obvious to me with my dog sense of smell...

Mysterious water leak into wall

We have 2 spots in our 1995 house where water is getting in through the roof/gutter/mystery spot. The gib board is damp to touch and we have tenants moving in on the 10th of July so it needs to be sorted by then. hopefully, it's just a matter of finding the offending leak and fixing it. We have tried in the past but with no luck.
