We have 2 spots in our 1995 house where water is getting in through the roof/gutter/mystery spot. The gib board is damp to touch and we have tenants moving in on the 10th of July so it needs to be sorted by then. hopefully, it's just a matter of finding the offending leak and fixing it. We have tried in the past but with no luck.
