i have a large basement that will require waterproofing on the inside, it is concrete block walls with concrete floor, this construction was completed as an afterthought by the original owners. i believe that part of the issue is also on the outside wall and so will need drainlaying and waterproofing here too

Roof waterproofing- assessment for semi-permanent repair, quote roof replacement

Observed last night that I had a steady water leak coming through an internal ceiling, which had a crack in it. This is somewhat contained for now (by punching a hole to ensure any water came out in a defined place). It doesn't seem to be occurring elsewhere in the house. Not a huge emergency, there is no real risk of damage to chattels and I don't believe the flow of water through the exterior roofing item has been that high, but if possible I would like to get some repairs done that would l...
