Shower wall over bath

Our tenants would like to replace the shower curtain with some kind of clear wall to stop the shower water getting to the floor. It is a shower over bath so the wall needs to seal onto the bath then high enough over shower head. The flooring also need assessing in case it has been water damaged and may be work involved if there has been.

Damp walls on southern side of house

Our 1960s house has wet walls on the southern side of the house on the bottom 20cm of the walls (only on the inside of the southern external walls, ceilings and internal walls seem to be fine). Need someone to come and have a look to determine what is causing the problem. Not sure if it is the guttering or the roof or underfloor. So not sure of costs, depends on the source but want it fixed asap. House was purchased in November so first winter in the house. Builders report found no issues.

Fix two roof leaks

We have two roof leaks. It is a 30 yo longrun coloursteel roof in good condition. One leak probably comes from a skylight flashing the other is unknown. It is a holiday home. We will be there some time in May for a few days.

Bathroom and wall/floor repair

Under the bathroom bath/shower seems to be leaking and causing water damage to the adjoining bedroom skirting and floor. We spoke with our Insurance company and they need a full quote and report on what the damage is and what has caused this. Below is what they require: • Photos showing damage areas • Provide a plumbers report and builders report detailing the cause of the loss, and proposed remedial action required/taken.

Recently had my hot water cylinder removed and the steel pipe sticking out of the roof. The remaining pipe needs waterproofing on the roof with sealant

Leak point in home

I have a home which has 3 different leak points. It's 1980s vintage so I don't think it's a material problem. I have had a roofer look over the roof and given it the all clear. I have had a plumber over it and he can't find the leak source. I feel I need a specialist in this area to track down the leak and either repair or instruct someone to.
