Ventilation/heating solution

Property in central Christchurch with concrete walls and a suspended concrete ceiling. There is currently a single downstairs heat pump. There is generally a temperature difference between the upper and lower floors. Bedrooms too hot in summer (cold air from the ground floor doesn’t rise) and limited warm air rising in winter leading to cold bedrooms. We want to achieve better distributed heat.

New Bathroom Extractor Fan

Gidday - our house in Beckenham needs a new bathroom ventilation fan put in, as the old one no-longer works, and is situated directly above the bath/shower. Given the placement options in the room, I have been told that this will likely involve cutting a new horizontal hole to the outside from the bathroom and installation of a new low-voltage fan for safety. Ideally we'd love to find someone who can take care of the hole and the wiring of the fan if possible. Thanks a lot
