Re Tiling Bathroom

Small bathroom needs current grout and silicone removing and replacing. Original job was very poorly done about 5 years ago and there has been some leaking due to this. Shower box is fully tiled with the balance of the bathroom just floor and skirting only. Contact me for more details as it will probably be best to view the room. Tiling an entire house and bathroom walls

We are doing a new build of a 65m2 house and we would like to use the same tiles throughout the whole house (lounge, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet) with no more than 1-2mm grout line. I will forward the Building Consent plans once we make contact. It is a 1.5 bathroom house, and we would like wall tiling up to the ceiling on the bathroom and separate toilet. We were looking at getting negative detailed walls, so the floor would need to accommodate for that. Thanks Samdanae

I have a balcony one floor up in my house which is tiled and the grout is old and in need of repair. There is a bit of moisture getting under the tiles and penetrating the wall. I would like the grout removed and left for a period of time so that the membrane can dry out before regrouting . I would also like the edges sealed if possible. The area is 3.1m x 1.7m and the tiles are 330 x 330.
