There's a couple of single tiles that need new grout around some of the sides, and a 10m stretch where the gap between the tiles needs new grout. We would like to get the job done first thing in the new year over January if possible.

Tiling entranceway

approx 9.5 sq m of tiling work in an entranceway we have the tiles which are 1200 x 600, there are 14 tiles 8 of which would be full tile layed and 6 would be cut to trim edge this needs a 3mm underlay glued to particle board floor to give us a finished thickness close to 15mm to match the transition to engineered wood floor.

Two showers / grout repair

We have one standard size shower and one walk in double size shower. Both have grouting issues, house is 6 years old. The grout is coming away in parts and it's impossible to remove the mould from the grouting. We'd like the grout to be repaired or replaced and properly sealed /waterproofed for long term usage
