I have an outdoor balcony area of 25m2. I need the old tiles lifted up. Waterproof the area and then re tile the floor area and skirtings.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONMAN. I don't understand how Builderscrack allow Cowboys like this on their platform. I have dealt with and worked with many good Contractors I met on Builderscrack, however Adam from Auckland Bath Tiles Limited is a complete Cowboy and Conman. He still hasn't finished the job. He refuses to give me a COC for the waterproofing he did. He assured me he is registered and probably is not. He muscled me out of 90% of the cost of the job and has just run away without finishing.
